More about our presenter: Leticia Barr, former Sligo parent and founder of Tech Savvy Mama, will share tips on how parents can talk to their tweens and teens about technology, ways to create a digital contract, helpful apps for monitoring social media platforms, and how parents can look at their own digital wellbeing as a way to understand their own behaviors as a starting point for having the conversation with their kids.
